Tasting notes
Straw yellow, with an intense, persistent fruity and floral aroma, with notes of golden apple, lychee and hay. Dry on the palate, with great personality and elegance, and a good balance between body and acidity.
Pairs with
Pairs with light dishes with some unctuousness, such as cold cut and cheese starters, risottos, sea fish and well-seasoned white meats, and is ideal as an aperitif.
